Global Educators Academy (workshop)

No sessions scheduled. Check back for 2012 calendar.

Attention leaders, coaches, teachers, and parents:

Deepen your mastery to inspire and teach the Leadership Gift

Come deepen and accelerate your practice and mastery of the Keys to Responsibility™ (intention, awareness, and confront) so you can experience greater freedom, choice, and power and guide others to do the same.
Immerse yourself in mastering your Leadership Gift. Confidently pursue the life, work, and relationships of your heart's desire. Then apply it to your work with others for amazing results!

Every Global Educators Academy is unique

Each session has its own theme and flavor though some modules will repeat. It is designed for Leadership Gift students, devotees, and coaches to attend over and over, to assemble and stay connected, and to support one another in gaining mastery.

Benefits and more

  • The Responsibility Process describes the natural mental mechanism all humans use to avoid and take responsibility.
  • Alter your own path and the path of those around you by studying and teaching this material.
  • Introduce the language of the Responsibility Process™ and the Keys to Responsibility™ into any system (individual, team, family, department, classroom, organization) and fundamentally change the conversations about — and demonstrations of — personal responsibility in that system.
  • Immerse yourself in accelerated learning and personal discovery in an intimate setting with Christopher Avery.
  • Understand the research: Painstakingly studied and field-tested over 20 years, the Leadership Gift fundamentally changes the conversation about personal responsibility.
  • Develop your power and ability to create, choose, and attract your heart's desire and back it with powerful, research-based descriptive and prescriptive models of how people do or don't take ownership for their lives, work, relationships, and problems.
  • Crack the code on personal responsibility, what personal responsibility is (and isn't), and how personal responsibility operates as a predictable mental process in each one of us.
  • Apply the Leadership Gift in service to your clients and charges so you can make them more powerful learners, leaders, teams, and families.
  • Advance the vision — Christopher wants the Responsibility Process™ poster in every office, classroom, kitchen, and church in the world. Global Educators Academy is for practitioners who believe in this vision and wish to join in bringing it into reality while empowering themselves and those they serve in the process.

A word from Christopher

The practice of personal responsibility appears in serious decline all across society. We won’t reverse this decline anywhere by extolling high morals and character.
No, the first step is to eliminate confusion about

  • what personal responsibility is
  • how it works in our minds, language, lives, and relationships to guide our growth and
  • how it delivers the freedoms, choices, and powers (abilities) we desire

I’m not the first person to promote taking 100 percent responsibility as the primary principle of success in any endeavor. Far from it. But as you know, with the Leadership Gift discoveries, applications, and documentation of the last 25 years, we now have the world’s first how-to approach for taking, teaching, and inspiring personal responsibility.

And that’s big. More importantly, it might be just in time to make a serious dent in the decline.

Where will you make a dent in your universe?

We need teachers and mentors in all fields, all disciplines, every industry, and every sector. And that’s why I host Global Educators Academy — to support students of the Leadership Gift in filling yourselves up and taking it to every corner of the world to pour it out.

Don’t wait. Reserve your place now and enjoy the gains you will achieve for the rest of your life.

Getting to Comfort, TX

Tranquil Comfort, Texas (population 2500, one flashing light) is on Interstate Highway 10 (IH-10) just 45 minutes northwest of the San Antonio International Airport and 90 miles west (cross-country 2½ + hours drive) of Austin Bergstrom Airport.

Don’t expect Starbucks, Marriott, taxis, or tons of late night entertainment (but there are some fun bars and restaurants, convenience and carry-out stores, and a circa 1850 old downtown).

Do expect a slower pace, gracious B&B’s, longhorn cattle, and minimal light pollution for viewing the stars at night.
