I created the following YouTube video invitation at the request of the Agile Business Conference 2008 organizer…
But then doing this video invitation for Agile Business Conference 2008 got me thinking: What would you think of a weekly short video on Responsibility Redefined? It should be short, like around 2 minutes maybe, and focused on one lesson from Responsibility Redefined. And it should be every week on the same day of the week.
What do you think? Do you like the idea of 2 minutes? Or should it be shorter or longer? And what would you name my short weekly video on Responsibility Redefined?

I think a weekly video from you would be GREAT. Not just because it personalizes the message, but because you’re a good speaker, communicate well, and are engaging.
Or maybe you could get a pretty girl to do it?

Thanks Doc. This idea continues to percolate with me. I’ve actually taken a couple of practice runs at it to see.
We’re going to continue to look for a way to get it going. I’m currently working on a name that will position it for people who see themselves as students of both leadership and life. I don’t want a fluffy transformational industry name like “Leading from Abundance.” I want a name that communicates Freedom, Power, Choice, Results, Courage, Aspiration, and Integrity/Integration.
On the sort list is “Lifelong Leadership Monday Video.” The theme will be applying the Responsibility Redefined framework to continuously lead yourself (and other’s as called for) to have the life, relationships, and work of your dreams.
Another short-list title is “Leaders Respond Monday Video” (obviously I’m thinking of releasing these on Monday).
What do you think?
Regarding the sentence fragment above: “I’ve actually taken a couple of practice runs at it to see.” I was thinking: I’ve actually taken a couple of practice runs at it to see if I can bring the tools and the words together to produce something useful on a weekly basis.
And I meant “short” instead of “sort.”

Those names are so long. But I see the challenge. Could you do something simple like “RR Monday Video”? Or are you looking for something that has meaning and branding?
Thanks Doc. I like your suggestion as long as I’m willing to give up the leadership tag. I also liked Glenn’s 20 May suggestion of “Redefined Monday Video.”
