Responsibility Redefined Web Developer Sought for Direct Response Site

I’m looking for a web developer to contract with us — hopefully long-term — to develop ChristopherAvery.com and associated sites as we pursue our vision of changing how the world views, practices, and teaches personal responsibility. If you know an individual or team who meets the following description please invite them to contact me here or find my project post at elance.com, rentacoder.com, and guru.com

Overview

I’m an expert in how personal responsibility works in the mind. This research is less than two decades old and has the capacity to change how the world thinks about responsibility.

I’ve invested two decades in field study applying this information for leadership, teamwork, culture change, coaching, and personal success. And I have a successful career as a management consultant, speaker, and book author.

My intent is provide more information, products and services directly through ChristopherAvery.com, and limit my overall number of travel days to service clients at their sites. I will continue to pursue high-leverage speaking engagements and workshops, offer tele-seminars and coaching programs, and sell information products. I also intend to prepare other coaches, teachers, and counselors to take up this valuable work.

During the last year I’ve studied and experimented with internet marketing enough to learn that I can drive traffic and sell products and services. I’ve also learned that my main site is poorly organized and focused for internet marketing.

I’m looking for a web development expert to work with over time to tackle incremental improvement projects. If you play at developing successful Direct Response sites for experts like me (for whom it is work rather than play) then I want to talk with you about freeing me up to play at teaching people how personal responsibility works in the mind.
