Responsibilities:
Be accountable for programs critical to Ikanos’ success by managing cross functional teams to:
- Develop PRD, program plan to pass gate reviews
- Manage programs and communicate progress vs. plan using metrics and weekly reports
- Proactively address program issues and risks to meet plan of record
- Manage change control process for responsible programs
- Apply appropriate light weight processes to ensure quality and consistency without adding bureaucracy
Requirements:
- BS degree at must. At least 7 years of proven program management experience in managing and leading large scale programs.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and motivation skills
