Report sightings of Responsibility Redefined™

When I close my eyes, I can see the Responsibility Process™ hanging in every office, classroom, kitchen, and church in the world. It’s a powerful reminder of how we choose to operate when rocked by upsets large or small.

I want to know when you notice the Responsibility Process™ showing up in places you hadn’t seen it before, and when you see courageous acts of responsibility. For instance, an administrator from a university where I recently presented a Responsibility Redefined™ leadership development workshop emailed me recently that he walked past the library director’s office and saw the poster prominently displayed for all to see.
One day we will launch a Responsibility Redefined™ Award and recognize people, leaders, teams, teachers, and cultures of responsibility. One day soon.
