How to Inspire Responsibility in Yourself and Others

One of the top five most frequently asked questions I hear about Responsibility Redefined™ is “How do I get others to take responsibility?” A similar but distinct question, and also one of the top five most frequently asked questions, is “How do I get others to want to take Responsibility?”

Here’s the answer. You can’t. Not directly. Since Responsibility is freedom and choice rather than control and constraint, you can not make yourself or anyone else take Responsibility.

So instead, allow it, invite it, inspire it, even demand it (in a positive allowing way!).
