Calling all coaches, consultants, team-builders, trainers, organization developers, teachers, preachers, parents, therapists, counselors, facilitators, mediators, professors, and anyone else who wishes to learn and pursue mastery of these tools that fundamentally change the conversation – as well as people’s thoughts and actions -- about personal responsibility, what it is, and how it works in all human affairs.

What is Global Educators Academy?

Based on on-going research that began over 20 years ago, Responsibility Redefined has been proven to fundamentally and permanently alter one’s thought, action, and conversation about personal responsibility away from notions of obligation, should and shouldn’t, right and wrong, and who did what to whom. The research redefines responsibility as owning your power and ability to create, choose, and attract, and backs it with powerful research-based descriptive and prescriptive models of how people do or don’t take ownership for their lives, work, relationships, and problems.

Cracking the Code . . . Christopher tapped into this amazing research while seeking to understand the secrets of how shared responsibility emerges in high performance teams and collaborations. This research literally cracked the code on personal responsibility, what personal responsibility is (and isn’t), and how personal responsibility operates as a predictable mental process in each one of us, including you and everyone you know.
